Perfected in Suffering: Hebrews part 2

The book of Hebrews is one of those lyrical books that could be poetry but isn't. "Perfected in suffering"... suffering isn't perfect. We suffer because the world isn't perfect. How could a perfect God be made more perfect? Although God controls all, inexplicably, man still has a free will. The messiah, as God but also as man, likewise had this choice. The choice to obey. If He had no choice, then He could not have been tempted, and He would not have been fully man. Perhaps then, perfected in suffering refers to the fact that the messiah achieved perfection by living a perfect life when he could have chosen the alternative.
