Rotating Sushi Bar

Imagine an American diner, but in-between the rows of booths are two conveyor belts, like elevated trams, which bring sushi. One rotates constantly and you pick off anything you want to eat. The other is for special orders which you can place on the computer at your booth. Sound expensive? It's not. Each plate of sushi comes with 2-4 pieces. At lunchtime on Saturday, I paid 108 yen for each plate of sushi. That's less than a dollar for each plate. I tried some sushi with shrimp. (For the uninitiated in sushi, which I still am, I believe that sushi is based off of vinegared rice. It has nothing to do with rolls or that green stuff on the outside which is actually seaweed.) It was really good. I had some seafood salad sushi which was also good. I tried sushi with sea urchin, bitter and slimy, and sushi with fish eggs, the eggs just pop in your mouth into a watery substance. Many things I'll try once (and maybe only once). But, I would go back to Kappa Sushi's, especially because the price is so good.
