What is Church?

Church. Church happens anywhere two or three are gathered together. In a cathedral, in a coffee shop, in a supermarket, in a school classroom. And, although you might associate traditionalism and ceremony with cathedrals, it too takes place in the small and lowly places of God's people. The Lord's prayer, apostles' creed, and doxology can just as well be said and sung in Nôtre Dame de Paris as they can in a wood-floored, door sliding room in Japan with its occupants sitting at school desks. This is the church of the Yahweh's people in Japan.
